Our Services
Physical Therapy
Our in-home physical therapy services are designed to support your child's developmental milestones and gross motor skills. Recommended for ongoing sessions, our tailored programs focus on helping your child achieve their fullest potential through fun and engaging activities. Whether it's crawling, walking, or jumping, we are here to guide your child's growth every step of the way.
At Wiggles Therapy, we specialize in treating torticollis, developmental delays, and a range of genetic and neurological diagnoses. Our expertise allows us to provide targeted interventions and personalized care plans that address the unique needs of each child. Whether your child is facing challenges with muscle tightness, delayed milestones, or complex conditions, our dedicated team is equipped with the knowledge and experience to support their development and enhance their quality of life.
Physical therapy sessions can be billed to insurance or are offered as self-pay. We are in-network with BCBS. All other insurances will be billed out-of-network.
Occupational Therapy
Our in-home occupational therapy services are designed to help your child build the foundational skills they need for independence in everyday activities. Recommended for ongoing sessions, our personalized programs focus on enhancing fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-help routines through playful, purposeful engagement. From holding a spoon to getting dressed or managing big feelings, we’re here to support your child’s journey toward confidence and autonomy.
At Wiggles Therapy, we work with children experiencing sensory integration challenges, developmental delays, motor coordination difficulties, and a variety of genetic and neurological diagnoses. Our occupational therapist develops individualized plans that meet each child where they are—addressing areas such as attention, motor planning, regulation, and daily routines to help them thrive in both home and community settings.

Virtual Parent Coaching for Gross Motor Development
Our virtual parent coaching sessions are for families who want expert guidance to support their child’s gross motor milestones. Whether you're concerned about tummy time, curious if your child is on track, or simply want to feel more prepared, these personalized sessions help you understand what to expect and how to help.
In each one-on-one session, we’ll walk through your child’s current movement skills, identify areas for support, and coach you through simple, practical strategies you can use at home. You’ll leave with clarity, confidence, and tools that fit naturally into your daily routine.
Because these sessions are educational and not medical in nature, they are offered as self-pay and can be scheduled as often as you need.
Gross Motor & Development Class for Expectant Parents
Prepare for your baby's arrival with our comprehensive 2-hour gross motor and development course for expectant parents. Led by a knowledgeable pediatric physical therapist, this hands-on group class covers the fundamentals of early childhood development, therapeutic play skills, and red flags for when to speak to a physical therapist about your baby’s gross motor skills. Engage in a Q&A session to get all your questions answered and feel confident in supporting your child's development from day one. You'll receive a detailed manual to refer to and if you'd like additional guidance in applying these skills once your little one arrives, you can contact us for a 1-on-1 gross motor play session.
As this is an educational class rather than a physical therapy service, it is offered as self-pay.
