Meet Megha
Megha brings warmth, expertise, and a joyful energy to every session. With years of experience supporting children from infancy through young adulthood, she believes that movement is more than exercise; it is the foundation for confidence, independence and lifelong well-being. Her approach blends creativity with evidence-based practice, using play as the bridge to progress so each child stays motivated and proud of what they can achieve.
She takes the time to connect with each child and family so therapy feels encouraging and collaborative rather than overwhelming. Whether she is celebrating a first step, building strength or finding new ways to overcome a challenge, Megha makes every milestone feel exciting and within reach.
Outside the clinic, Megha enjoys discovering new coffee shops, spending time with loved ones and exploring her interests in reading, travel and movement through walks, Lagree and yoga..
